Service staff are very warm and friendly. The room was very comfy and clean. No complaints except for the location. There is very little if interest within walking distance. All in all a nice place to stay. Right on the subway line for easy access to anywhere you want to go.

It was a nice hotel. The room was very clean and the staff very lovely and helpful. The common area in the lobby is very practical if you're travelling in a larger group. The noise isolation is great - we couldn't hear much from other guests at all!

Very good hotel! The hotel has Costa coffee for free! And it is very convenient that anything can be delivered to the hotel by robot. The front desk was very nice. Whenever I called for paper, pen and bottle opener, they would arrive in the room within two minutes. The hotel room is large, clean, quiet and very comfortable. I am most grateful to the front desk lady who sorted out the things I left behind and called me to remind me to pick them up.
