房間確實很差，衞生間的花灑稀里嘩啦出水亂噴，手持花灑固定不住都沒法洗澡。房間內的大浴缸臟的一匹，看到房間情況後瞬間啥心情都沒有了。基本上是零服務，要啥沒啥，想去的朋友三思😏

酒店不錯，兩次都免費給升級了房間，衞生情況總體比較好，就是設施有些陳舊，8306房間的頂端的花灑是壞的，水還可以，在北京這個價格的房間已經算很不錯了👍

酒店內部管理不統一，被前台告知顧客需要的物品都需要親自找保潔員索要；最讓人難以接受的是酒店的淋浴間，淋浴的水忽冷忽熱，難以調節；洗髮水沐浴液都是臟的，洗髮水裡甚至有不知道是哪位的頭髮在裏面，液體渾濁，並且已經過期一年。在經過與前台反應後，前台莫名其妙問我們是否退房，後來前台明白了我的需求後，告訴我需要繼續找保潔員解決洗髮液沐浴露的問題。在經過與保潔員商議後，保潔員要求我將舊瓶子拿出來先給她，等我拿到手裡的時候，發現瓶子沒有變化，推測應該是保潔員將上面部分液體倒出，再往裡繼續灌裝的結果。這個價格不算便宜，並且在其他任何一家連鎖酒店都能夠得到很不錯的體驗，但這家酒店讓我感覺到管理散漫，衞生差勁，給我帶來了不愉快的體驗。

已經提前跟前台打過電話了，讓他們把東西放好，結果去的時候就已經比較晚了，洗完澡出來沒有吹風機，讓前台給拿吹風機、半個小時後給前台打電話沒人接，下去找人人不在等了好一會也沒看見人、結果2：00多下去接人她在敷面膜跟我説忘記吹風機這回事了，

一進來浴缸裏就都是頭髮，房間拖鞋也沒有，離店查房的時候還亂收費，放沒放自己不知道嘛，出來住酒店的誰會差你內點，建議入住前好好查房吧，衞生不行，物品擺放也不全，體驗一點也不好
