positive: nice bed. interesting AI helper to open curtain tv and ask question. walking distance to macdonald and few breakfast stall. opposite metro station. drinking bottle water refill everyday. change towel everyday.
neg: the bath area water flow is very slow, kind of stuck felling. got to hurry bath or wait for the water to flow down before can open the water again.
taxi to USS RMB15
overall good experience with frontdesk staff is helpful.

We love the hotel room.. its very comfortable for family with kids.
Location is great if planning to go universal studio, they provide shuttle bus to go & return which is very convenient for family with young kids..
the only problem is during winter their hotel is only provide heating without fan or air conditioning, so even during winter and the room feel so stuffy without air is uncomfortable..
