It was raining cats and dogs when we reached this hotel, the staff were standing outside with umbrellas waiting for us, they helped us wipe down our luggage without being asked, and were eager to help us settle into our room. Every morning they would greet us with smiles and would chat with my little daughter. All of the staff here are all kind and passionate people and the rooms have a very unique and cozy feel. (You can make cotton candy here free of charge, perfect for kids 🥰.)

I had a fantastic stay at Beijing Yonghegong Lhasa Buddhist temple garden courtyard. The staff were friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, with a genuine service mindset. The room was modern, new, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal—just a 5-minute walk to the Lama Temple. Convenient central location in the city and friendly hotel staff. The hotel is within 8 min walking dostance from the nearest subway station and right next to two attractions, the Imperial Academy (国子监) and the Beijing Lama Temple (雍和宫). The hotel is in a hutong (胡同), that requires about 3 min walking distance from the main street where the closest car drop-off point is located. The main street is a food street and shops are open till night even in the off-peak when we visited. The hotel room is nicely furbished and beds are comfortable. Water and tea or fruit juices are offered all-day round at the reception.

I came to Beijing for two days and one night. I wanted to take a simple walk. The hotel is right next to the Lama Temple. It is very convenient. It is only a three-minute walk away! It is also very close to Guijie Street! The environment is also relatively quiet. The service of the little sister at the front desk is very enthusiastic.
