So far very satisfied with this apartment, the owner provides complete directions to the location, how to enter the apartment. The environment in this apartment building is safe, not noisy and I feel comfortable going in and out of the apartment.
The apartment area is very large for a price that is still affordable for the area. Complaints about a slightly damaged door were responded to quickly by the owner and immediately repaired when we arrived.

Beds, towels and toiletries are complete like hotel standards and even exceed their completeness. It's just that there are no kitchen utensils, only paper cups are provided. Microwave and small stove are available.

The location is very close to supermarkets, small malls and not too far from the Sanlitun area. My conclusion is that I highly recommend this apartment.

Very comfortable and big room, is a studio unit. It has washing machine and fridge too. It's also near to the subway station. Overall. I will come back and stay here again in my next trip to Beijing!

Room is so big with best view. Metro station within walking distance. The host also can be contacted if any problem. Luggage storage also available. And early check in if possible can be provided too. Thank you for hosting us in Beijing. Will come back to stay for sure if I go to Beijing again.

There are hospital, convenience stores, and food around, which is very convenient. Anything can just wechat the person in charge, and he will reply to the message very quickly and will try his best to meet my requirements. However, the cleanliness is not ideal. Hair can be seen everywhere, and the ground is also very dirty. Housekeeping will come everyday but the bed is only organised on the first day, then the following days are not organised.

Qinshi Homestay exceeded my expectations with its charming location and cozy atmosphere. The room is clean and comfortable, offering scenic views. The staff were warm and helpful, creating a welcoming environment. It's an ideal spot for relaxation and exploration. Highly recommended!

It was such a pleasant stay with my family. The room was spacious and big for a family of 4. Location is perfect! Just 1-2 mins walk to Worker’s Stadium Metro Station and less than 10 mins walk to Sanlitun shopping district. Super convenient! So many eatery places you can find. Will come back here to stay again when I’m back in Beijing!
Owner of this homestay was really nice! He was very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. Very efficient!

The room is spacious, spotless, and just a short walk from Sanlitun. The host is super friendly and responds incredibly fast to any questions. I also appreciated being able to store my luggage—it made everything so convenient. Overall, it was a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

The stay was good except for some small pests that irritated the kids. It could be better if we were on the higher floors. Location is superb and super convenient to go around town. The response from the customer service was immediate and they exceeded our expectations. I would stay again for the value for money and large king size beds.
