酒店的衞生環境極差，地上牆上都發黴了，毛巾破破爛爛且有洞，還在攜程上説是2025年新開業的酒店，真不敢相信

房間很大，但是衞生不好，一下住了十多天床單一次也沒換過，一次性拖鞋自己不去前台要根本就不給，還有衞生間洗浴地漏不淌水，根本就洗不了澡，説了也沒及時處理，到退房也沒管，總而言之，希望服務多多改進吧。

差差差 太差了 我們一行三人來附近出差 一共住了四晚 房型住的是大床房還有一間雙床房 看酒店是今年裝修的 而且圖片不算很豪華但是乾淨整潔 和房間定價相符吧 下面我列舉了我個人不太能接受的點 僅供參考 衹拍了部分照片 因為本來沒想給差評 直到後面實在忍受不了 我從來不會給任何差評 這次體驗真的實在糟糕透了 哦對了 這個酒店唯一好的就是服務 前台小姐姐服務態度超級好 人美心善的那種 是全程唯一的慰藉
1.剛下車就發現酒店裝修宣傳圖與實景完全不符 且大廳是和其他酒店共用的 從入口到電梯口要繞很遠的路 十分不便
2.然後第一天進入房間 就有明顯異味 和工作人員溝通可以更換房間 但是由於當日我選的房型無空房 衹有loft 僅剩的loft查看後異味更嚴重
3.空調可以調至5℃的 但是並沒有冷氣
4.隔音效果極差 隔壁房間的所有聲音都能清晰聽到 甚至連用打火機抽煙的聲音都能聽到 還有早上8點左右的保潔阿姨在走廊打掃時的聲音
5.浴室門存在縫隙 每次洗澡後水都會漏到外面的洗手枱附近 地面滿是積水
6.房屋WiFi用不了 連接後沒有網絡 找工作人員反饋 一位老大爺來房間説 “電視本來就看不了，這是正常的，衹能看數字電視且衹有CCTV1”
7.房間掛鎖螺絲鬆動 不僅開門困難 使用幾次後一側的掛鎖直接脱落 第二天跟前台溝通後維修處理好了
8.房間打掃是不會換床單被罩的 除了扔垃圾就是鋪了下床 其他的沒發現打掃痕跡
9.最讓人難以接受的是最後一晚 洗完澡後房間突然散發惡臭 發現是浴室漏水導致洗手枱下方下水道堵了 再次聯繫前台 那位老大爺查看後卻稱是我們洗澡時水龍頭朝向不對 可前三天並未出現如此嚴重的異味 並且要拿空氣清新劑來噴房間 因為味道實在太大 最終溝通換房
10.換房後落在原房間一件物品 酒店打掃人員並未主動歸還 直到我離店的時候發現商品丟失打電話跟前台確認 物品才被送到前台

這家酒店真心不錯非常有性價比 價格合理 酒店裝修挺不錯的隔音可以 房間大，敞亮透氣性非常好 外邊曬進來的陽光也很舒服酒店樓下還有超市買東西非常方便 外賣也可以送上樓 前台小姐姐非常熱情服務態度非常好下次來北京還要住這家酒店非常推薦！

第二 酒店的信號超級超級差無論是Wi - Fi還是流量複式房間幾乎無法使用見圖一和圖二發個訊息都要發半天，**都要卡好久
第三 我出酒店的時候剛好碰到來送貨的與客人身體直接接觸的床單啥的，直接和這種小車相接觸真的趕緊嗎？萬一剛好我碰到了最底下那個臟的呢？
