No need to book tickets separately, very convenient!

The experience of staying at Langlizi Hot Spring Hotel is simply amazing! Although the room is a little bit inside, the service attitude of the front desk is super good, and they helped us change the room directly (and upgraded the room). And their breakfast and dinner buffet is really great, with all kinds of food. In comparison, Xishan Hot Spring is much inferior, and the supper and service provided are not as good as Langlizi. The gap between the two hotels is really obvious. I want to emphasize that the staff and WeChat customer service of Langlizi are quite in place, which makes me feel very considerate. The child rested late on the first day, so I told them about it, and soon received two bags of packaged breakfast, which were delivered directly to the room! This is the real service spirit! Next time I go to this type of hot spring hotel, I will definitely choose Langlizi first, no doubt! There are many areas that need to be rectified in Xishan Hot Spring. Let me just give a few examples, the hygiene of the dishes and staff in the Four Seasons Restaurant, the occupation of machines in the game hall, the hygiene of the bathroom, etc.

The stay was very good, the package was very cost-effective, the hot springs were very comfortable, the Blue Parrot Park was very fun, especially suitable for parent-child families, the buffet dinner was also very good, and I was very satisfied overall.

I brought my kids here during the Spring Festival. There is a huge children's playground. The room is warm and comfortable, fully equipped, and the bedding is soft. I had a sweet sleep.
