This was honestly one of the best stays I’ve had. The hotel is located near Universal Studios Beijing, and everything about the experience was exceptional. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors at all which something I really appreciated. What impressed me most was the attention to small details that many hotels often overlook. They provided thoughtful items like a fire safety mask and even a disposable toilet seat cover, which shows how much they care about guest comfort and safety. If I ever get the chance to stay in this area again, I will definitely choose this hotel without a second thought. Highly recommended!

設施：房間設施很正常，但是整個酒店的基礎設施好，有洗衣機和烘乾機，很方便
而且離環球影城真的很近，土橋地鐵站就在300m外，一下子就到了，總體來説非常推薦去環球影城玩的朋友住，價格也很正常

離土橋地鐵站A口出來最多200米就到了，這200米內路上還有吃飯的小店和一家味多美麪包店，十分方便。房間乾淨整潔，新裝修的，衞生間乾濕分離，而且衞生間隔間還是封到頂的而不是衹有一扇玻璃門的高度，這點真的比一般酒店強！每天都有人打掃衞生和補充瓶裝水，洗漱用品用起來也很舒服香香的，有環球免費班車但是沒坐，反正離地鐵站近的很，自己去時間更自由。早飯還可以，大部分是速凍半成品加熱一下如包子蒸餃油條玉米煮雞蛋炒飯小鹹菜豆漿果汁，就是家常味道吧！在酒店解決早飯比較方便，附近外賣也很多，隨便點了兩家都挺好吃。房間隔音就那樣唄，和其他酒店差不多，沒有特別好也沒有特別壞。綜合來説，絕對物超所值，以後去環球就住這家準沒錯！

房間是在房頂搭建了，窗户是個假窗户，就是看不到屋外環境的，不透風；接送車就更搞笑，説的是晚上九點半出發，我和女兒9：25到停車場，沒有找到車，9：29分打電話問酒店，告訴我已經開走了，而那時所有酒店的車都還在，停滿了停車場。下面有照片為證。

首先服務態度是特別的差，一個酒店掛兩個名字，導航都找不到他，房間特別的小在四樓的樓頂，洗衣機就兩台，這麼大的酒店就一個電梯上來上去都要刷電梯卡，外賣是不能送到房間門口的，要去一樓的大廳拿，我們入住三天，一上一下的特別麻煩，洗個衣服都要跑去三樓再跑回來，拿個外賣從一樓跑到四樓，跟他説要換房間，他理都不理我們，除了一個一個環球接送車挺好的，其他真找不出有什麼優點😓😓。每日清潔房間也不提前説一聲的，回來看見嚇**！
