clean, but the only thing they need to improve is the carpet. the overall experience is superb, we have a supermarket beside the hotel and a lot of good local restos! it was also fun walking and biking around the neighborhood. locals are so kind and helpful!

This hotel is located near subway station. There is a nice restaurant on the first floor. It's not expensive, has good selection and taste. But hotel’s room floor carpet was ugly, unclean, dirty.
