With price we pay per night quiet high, the room is not worth the price we paid, the wall have fungi(near to my pillow), the ceiling crack and seem wet(a bit worry that at night will fall on my head). Out the windows see many sacks bags of garbage.
but anyway the location is around 300m. to subway.

Overpriced for what it is. Does not serve breakfast, no matter what the web page here says. It styles itself as a boutique hotel but the building itself is old and derelict-looking and the corridors have dirty carpeting. Service was polite and friendly and the staff agreed to look after some food that we'd brought as there was no fridge in the room, but the room itself was rather small, with nowhere to store luggage or hang clothes, and nothing like as appealing as the photos show. We had to ask for extra instant coffee.

I went there alone. The room was quite clean. I stayed there for 4 nights. Someone came to clean every day. The clothes were dirty. There was a laundry room, which was quite good. After washing, they were hung in the room and dried overnight. The only drawback was that it was a bit dry because the heating was turned on in winter. There was nothing I could do about it.

Moreover, the hot and cold water signs are reversed! According to the sign, I turned it to the hottest position and let the water run for half an hour. I also asked the front desk if they could print, but they told me that they couldn't. I asked if there was a print shop nearby and asked me to search for it myself.
