Breakfast was a carton of milk and a soft break/cake, which is ok for the price. Staff were very helpful but if you do not speak Chinese communication will be limited and you will have to use an app that translates for you. Location could be better as Jiugong station was around 15 minute walk. The room was nice but I stayed during new year and it was cold and the room heater/air conditioner was not hot enough (this is my only criticism). There is a launderette opposite the nearest starbucks/KFC located near the hotel (but you need a Map app that works). Google Maps does not work. I tried to download download the Biadu Map app but I could not get it to translate into english and whenever I searched for something like an embassy it would only show me the US embassy?). So make sure you download the Biadu map app and get it in english traslation version before you go there, otherwise you will find it difficult to locate the hotel which involves a fairly long walk from the station. Room was a good size and they provide new towels/room cleaning service.

The room is well soundproofed, the bathroom is very clean, the environment next to the hotel is good, there are many snack bars and supermarkets around, takeaway can be delivered by robot, the facilities are complete, the front desk staff and the housekeepers are very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to say hello when they meet, very kind.

I decided to place a reservation after hearing online that there was a washing machine. The hotel's promotion also said that there is 24-hour free laundry, but when I asked the front desk staff, they said it was not available. Fortunately, an older staff member told us that we can use the employee's washing machine. The pillow part is worse, it's so flat that it's like there's no pillow at all, but everything else is fine and overall it's clean.

The room is average, the TV can only show about ten channels, the bathroom floor drain is not very good, water is blocked; breakfast is bread and milk, there is a reminder in the order, but I usually don't read it. For the price of the surrounding location, it is average and livable.
