The hotel is conveniently close to Baishiqiao subway. The rooms are nicely organised and well looked after. The staff at the hotel were very helpful.

When booking a room, I compared several rooms of different prices. I booked a Premium Twin Room for 644, and the Special Twin Room was 586 on the same day. When I checked in, I saw that the price of the Premium Twin Room was 618. This was not the funniest thing. The funniest thing was that the front desk gave me a Special Twin Room. I raised an objection to Ctrip and took a screenshot of the room type online when booking and took a photo of the actual room I stayed in. The layout and color matching of the two were obviously different. Ctrip contacted me very quickly, and then contacted the hotel. But the hotel insisted that it was a Premium Twin Room for me, haha.
I also said that I was going to stay longer at the front desk. As soon as I walked into the room, the front desk called to ask me why I hadn't placed an order yet. This "spirit" might be better if it was used to solve the problem.
