Stay here for 4D3N, continuously 2 days room also got big cockroach. First time found the cockroach, reported to the front desk, they send one staff come, catch the cockroach without do any cleaning, we just do cleaning ourself.
Second time found the cockroach, reported again but did not received any apologised and just simply say will send staff come and see. Try to talk with the front desk guy regarding to the cockroach issue but totally did not get any response from him. They don’t even propose to change room for us until we request it.
Check out time no front desk to entertain until a uncle which looks like hotel security help us to check out. Seems like the hotel management should provide more training to the staff, totally not professional.

Booked the family room but it was absolutely too small for family of 2 adults & 2 children with 2 big luggages. No sunlight in the room at all & Worst is their room always smells with cigarette smell at night & even the whole corridor was filled with it. Hotel guests are just smoking freely in & outside their room. Toilet are not that clean too & has that musky smell. We were supposed to stay for 5 days but ended up cancelling it to book another hotel nearby which is similar price but no cigarettes smell. Will NOT recommend for non smokers or families with children. Location wise is about 7 mins walk from Zhu Shi Kou MRT.

Very comfortable and clean and great location. The staff are friendly, the only downside is the walls are quite thin and we could hear a baby screaming every night. Other than that it was great

Hotel is smaller than expected but the location of it is quite a bonus for the price. Situated at a quieter street near Qianmen and Zhushikou Station, room is just fine for one pax.
