Bad reviews: 1. The service was annoying. The chair was wet and still not dry the next day. 2. Cleaning service is very casual, they even take chairs from the garbage dump for guests to use. The service level is worrying. 3. There is no breakfast because there is no restaurant at all. Details: I booked this hotel for my family. On the first day of check-in, my family member got their pants wet while sitting on a chair (the chair was completely wet). We were in a hurry to go out and play so we didn't pay much attention to it. We stayed there the next day and when I went in, I saw that the surface of the chair was dry, but after sitting on it for a while, water seeped out again and got our pants wet again. I was very annoyed and called the front desk to change the chair. We waited for more than 10 minutes but no one came. Finally, I saw the cleaning staff dig out a tattered chair from the garbage pile and wanted to replace it for me. I asked, "Aren't there any extra chairs in other guest rooms?" They said no, which was so annoying. Finally, the cleaning lady told me to just put a few towels under me and sit there. This is too casual. This is the service for a room rate of nearly 500.

It is very close to the subway, the room is very clean, the facilities are very complete, and the sound insulation is very good. It is worth staying.

The surrounding environment is good. The hotel service is good and they are willing to help with the luggage.
