I booked this B&B two months ago. According to the reviews, it is very close to the water town, almost separated by a wall...
The location is in the community next to the water town. It is probably a real estate community. Almost all of it is used for B&Bs. There are not many parking spaces outside the community. Finding a parking space is purely a matter of luck. Otherwise, you can only park at the foot of the mountain...
The owner is very enthusiastic. The entry and exit routes, room locations, home passwords, and WIFI passwords will be clearly told. It is effortless to find the room. The room is a two-story villa. Both bedrooms are upstairs. They all face south and the sunlight is very good!
The water town is just outside the community. There are also some restaurants to choose from, and there are two Lawsons. It is quite convenient.

Overall it's pretty good, very cost-effective. You can see the water town and Simatai Great Wall at night from the balcony. There was no water after 10 pm. I don't know if it was the water outage on the day we checked in or if it's like this every day.
