This James Joyce Coffetel is becoming my favorite little hotel in Beijing. Though the staff do not know English and we communicate using our cell phones, their good service and hospitality create a language that is universal which makes the weary traveler feel welcome and cared for. I specially appreciate how the staff accepted and took care of the pieces of luggage we had left to make our travel around Beijing easier.

The hotel staff were very nice and always ready to assist whenever needed. Checking in was quick and hassle-free. There are some great restaurants near the hotel with delicious food, and it’s conveniently located close to the subway station. Loved my stay at the hotel .

We were very satisfied with the stay. The room was clean. Every day we got new and fresh towels and slippers. Hovewer, there were few disadvantages. There were people smoking inside, so our room and stuff smelled. Also, the people at the receptiin didn’t know English.

A nice hotel, only that it is quite far from major Beijing attractions like Forbidden city etc. The subway does go there, but it took us like 1 hour to travel one way.

I have been traveling around Beijing these days. I have stayed in all the hotels near the subway in Dahuang, Daxing, Huangcun and Lvyuan. This hotel is the only one that has a bigger room, comfortable bedding, and a separate bathroom and shower room. Other hotels are very small and not very comfortable. The service here is also very good.

It was a pleasant surprise to stay in this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm smile and efficient service of the front desk made me feel attentive. The bedding was soft and comfortable like clouds, and the details were thoughtful - the toiletries were exquisite. The hotel is in a prime location, only a five-minute walk from the subway station, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are close at hand. The staff always took "making guests feel at home" as the principle, and gave me a gift at check-out. Such meticulous service will definitely make me choose this place again! 🌟

Free upgrade to a room with windows! The curtains block out light! The sleep was very comfortable! It was also very warm in the room! The environment is clean and comfortable, not far from the road, convenient for taxis and subways, and there is also a night market and barbecue nearby for eating.
