You Guishui   Unlike small-scale single-building hotels (such as Shunde Midea Courtyard, etc.), Beijing Expo Hyatt Hotel is large-scale and consists of multiple buildings. As one of the supporting service and official reception hotels for the Expo (the sky-high afternoon tea at the British Pavilion at the recent Expo in Osaka was ridiculous and became a laughing stock, making people miss the Expo held by China itself, which was so excellent) and the Winter Olympics, the hardware of Yanqing Hyatt is extremely excellent.   I used to be a loyal global guest and once wanted to become a lifelong global guest, but for various reasons, I rarely stay at Hyatt now. Now I have become a blank slate, and the courtesy has disappeared.   I have stayed at Yanqing Hyatt 6 times, and this is the 7th time I have stayed there. I have more or less feelings for it.   The entire building complex consists of three hotels: Hyatt Place, Hyatt, and Tangquan. They are lined up in a row, which is very imposing. Across the road is Gate 2 of the Expo. Specifically, the Hyatt Hotel is divided into Building 1, 2, and 3. The underground floor of Building 1 is a swimming pool and a gym. The downstairs of Building 3 is a full-time restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and an amusement park. You won't feel bored living in any building. The corridor between Building 1 and Buildings 2 and 3 is the front desk and lobby bar, and the flow is reasonable. The shortcomings of the hotel breakfast have not been solved yet. When I had breakfast on the first day, the lady of the family of three next to me complained: "What a crappy breakfast, it's too easy! Too simple! Not as good as many Atour hotels we stayed in!" This is true. I understand that this hotel is a pet-friendly hotel and a light fashion and environmentally friendly hotel like "Yuansu" under Marriott not far away, but because of this, the entire breakfast cannot be turned into a diet meal. The picnic boxes prepared for guests to the Expo can be done that way, but it is too bad and too foolish to focus on light meals for the entire breakfast. Compared with the breakfast of Hyatt Wangjing in the city, it is a world of difference. That Hyatt has many long-term guests from foreign companies (such as "Mercedes-Benz", etc.), and because it is located in a prime location, the quality of its catering has reached perfection in the process of "teaching and learning from each other", and even surpassed Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt in some aspects. In comparison, the breakfast at the Expo Hyatt is a nightmare among nightmares. All 14 Hyatt hotels in Beijing (including 5 Yifei hotels in cooperation with BTG) have been checked in. If you stay there more often, you will find that Hyatt is different from other foreign hotel groups. It focuses on quality rather than quantity, and pays more attention to the high-end brand tone. Therefore, it has always been favored by the highly educated, the petty bourgeoisie, and the literary youth. In the huge brand system of the Hyatt Group, most of the "Hyatt" brands have been uniformly called "Hyatt Regency". Only a small number of "Hyatt" brand hotels called "Hyatt" are currently left in India and other countries (such as Pune, Ahmedabad, etc.). To this day, the most popular comment on Hyatt Regency Shanghai Expo on "D Review" is still mine (host Cheng Fangyuan): viewed nearly a million times, liked nearly a thousand times, and collected hundreds of times. When I stayed at their hotel before, they usually upgraded me to a 125-square-meter executive suite, which not only had a kitchen, VIP Club privileges, and travel photography, but also had super exquisite welcome desserts, welcome fruits, and a TV start-up welcome letter... They even moved the Octonauts room decorations over. This time, I used my wife's Ctrip account to book, and was only upgraded to an 80-square-meter twin suite, with no privileges, only the Shanghai Expo ticket and the shabby welcome fruit. This hotel deserves praise for the following points: the commercial Nespresso coffee machine in the restaurant is the same as that in Chongqing Raffles InterContinental and Guangzhou InterContinental, and its appearance is super cool; the daily turndown service is extremely perfect (only the paper tote bag that an aunt gave me was used, full of holes and wrinkled, and there were sticky residues on the TV remote control and the dining table that were not wiped clean, which greatly affected the hotel's image. After all, details determine everything); in addition to French TV5 and CNN, the TV also has more than 100 good movies that are not available on common domestic platforms, such as "Lithuanians in Ireland"; the 80-square-meter suite has a connecting door, which can be expanded to a larger space, suitable for large families.      Points that need special improvement include: the Internet speed is extremely slow, there is no separate high-speed Internet option (even if it is paid), since it is known that the music festival and holidays will be overcrowded, it should take the initiative to contact the telecommunications department and make emergency plans to strengthen the network; the skipping rope in the gym was stolen by a guest and has never been replaced, which affects subsequent guests. Gate 1 of the Expo is close to the flying camp (Strawberry Music Festival), and Gate 2 is close to the hotel. If you walk from the hotel to the music festival, it takes about a quarter of an hour. Whether it is for fathers, hosts, or hotels, the "truth" of 100-1=0 is eternal: as a father, if you beat your child severely, no matter how you make up for it in the future, the child will still have a shadow in his heart; as a host, if there is a mistake on stage, no matter how good the host was before, the customer will not use it again; the same is true for hotels. Although the general surface is acceptable, because of some mottled details that are not done well, it is likely that the guests will basically not stay next time. The last time I visited Strawberry, I stayed in Pushen, Commune at the Foot of the Great Wall, and Crowne Plaza; this time I visited Strawberry, I mainly stayed in Hyatt, and people like Coms stayed here; of course, the staff of Strawberry mainly stayed at Hilton Garden Inn. I went to the Strawberry Music Festival in Foshan before. I met a lot of band artists in the Air China lounge at Guangzhou Airport and the Foshan InterContinental breakfast restaurant: Mr. Turtle, Travel Group, Second-Hand Rose... My two sons were so happy. Many years ago, I hosted the opening of Paul Smith's Beijing flagship store in Sanlitun, and the guest of honor was Turtle. Traveling with the elderly and children, we arrived a little early, Hattie helped to arrange the room first, thank you❤️, booked four rooms, all helped to arrange them on the same floor. The facilities are advanced, with an automatic toilet seat. The bedding is very comfortable. The staff in the lobby are very enthusiastic, and there are many types of breakfast.

The waiters here are very gentle, attentive, considerate and enthusiastic. The experience is very good. The swimming pool is clean and the water temperature in the children's pool is suitable. The food in the buffet restaurant is delicious and varied. It is very suitable for a family.

The hotel is in a good location, just opposite Gate 2 of the Expo Park, and it is very convenient to get to the park.  During the May Day holiday, there were many people checking in, and the check-in was very smooth. Thanks to Li Jing Kiki who helped us check in, and enthusiastically solved several problems for us. It was really great~ The hotel facilities are also good, the room area is large enough, and the shower facilities are particularly good. The waiter cleaned and delivered things very quickly. The breakfast level is really average, there are not many varieties, the quality is average, and it is slightly worse than the breakfast price.

The hotel has an excellent location, nice views from the rooms, children's entertainment facilities for children to play, and a rich breakfast, suitable for a short stay. The service during the May Day holiday was also very good. I asked the room several times for things and they were delivered to the room in a timely manner. The attitude was very friendly and the overall feeling was good.
