During the stay, I was very satisfied with the service attitude of every staff member, whether in the lobby or the restaurant, every staff member greeted us with a smile and answered patiently! 1. We went to the Expo Park on the first day of check-in. Less than ten minutes after entering the park, the child fell asleep, and we went back to the hotel without visiting anything... I asked the front desk if the ticket was valid the next day, and the reply was invalid, but the staff saw that we were staying for three days and two nights, so they gave us two more! 2. The child's scarf was dirty, and I wanted some laundry detergent to wash it, but I forgot to bring makeup remover oil. I saw a small sign in the cloakroom saying that it could be provided. I called to ask if it could still be provided? The staff delivered them one by one, and the laundry detergent was very easy to use! 3. The takeaway we ordered was delivered. Since the whole family had just taken a bath and were afraid of catching a cold, I asked the front desk if the food could be delivered, and the staff personally delivered it to the room! 4. I booked a twin room, intending to sleep in two beds together, and squeeze in the larger one. We didn't know how to do it ourselves, and the staff came to help! Based on the above four points, I am very satisfied with this trip, impeccable!

The whole hotel environment is very good. The room is very warm, the lights are inductive, there is a smart toilet, dry and wet separation, the children's toiletries, bathrobes and slippers are delivered to the room very quickly, and they also help to make the twin beds into a big bed. The hot spring hotel is a short walk away. There are bath towels and slippers in the hot spring. You don't need to wear a coat in winter. Just walk over. If you go to Qibabu Park, turn right at the main entrance and cross the road to the Jiaxuan Hotel. Breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western. There are all kinds of bread and juice that children like. Small noodles, mixed vegetables, fried rice, etc. are also available, and there is a capsule coffee machine. It's also good to visit the Lantern Festival at the World Expo. It's a good place to relax on weekends.

The service was quite good. I needed a children's toilet seat at around 10 o'clock at night and it was delivered quickly. The breakfast was also very rich. I didn't know how to operate the coffee machine, so I asked the staff to make a cup of cappuccino and start smoking. During the Spring Festival, we also gave away tickets to the World Expo Lantern Festival, which was great.

I decided to come to the Expo Lantern Festival on the weekend and booked the nearby Hyatt Hotel. The Ocean Octonauts parent-child room is very good and my baby likes it very much. There are a few people for breakfast and you need to queue up. The water temperature of the swimming pool is very friendly and suitable for children. Overall, it is very good and I will consider staying here again next time.
