they charged me 468 RmB for a few underwear and socks without informing you beforehand because of a mistake. Yet for such a little thing, they insisted on it. Esther Liu was at the reception the manager, and insisted on the “rules”
The park has really decreased in service and quality over 10 year second going there .

Big thanks to Kevin Mario who made out stay feel like 5 start hotel, unfortunately front desk seems to be lacking training and communication skills. Hopefully next time they can do better.
