Conveniently located in the eastern inner quarter of old Beijing. Nearby is the Shijia Hutong Museum, recommended for those who want to have an understanding of Hutong history and the courtyard houses.
Some plus and minuses, there is a self service laundry room however the twelve oldd washing machines and dryers are fully utilized in the evening. So choose your laundry time wisely. One of the dryer was down but left unrepaired.
Eateries, catering to the local residents and tourists alike are conveniently located.
The hotel staff is generally polite helpful and friendly.

The front desk are very polite and nice and provide xtra miles to help me find a connecting room as i did not request earlier. The concierge are very helpful everyone of them, wil help us with our bookings of didi and *******. Make up room the lady is very nice and make sure our rooms are clean and essential are top up, they even surprise us with bday decor. Thumbs up

Nice hotel, nearby to subway station just behind next building. Location is just nice for a short walk to WangFuJing Street, or if take subway, probably need to change station. Few eateries nearby hotel that open till late. Very convenient to go sight seeing for first time in Beijjng

Our recent 6 nights stay at Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing was thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. 1 of the rooms smelled like cigarettes but when I mentioned to the front desk they cleaned it immediately the next day.
They have options for pillows which is great.
The hotel staff also decorated the room with balloons and gave my child a birthday bear when I mentioned about his birthday on one of the days.
Special mention to all the front desk staff who were very helpful including the concierge. Housekeeping was efficient and responsive.
Location is convenient being close to subway, shopping and food options. There’s also a 24 hr convenient store across the hotel.
Overall, staff is polite and helpful and breakfast at the hotel was also quite good.
A great hotel overall for a family vacation. I would return to this hotel if visiting Beijing again.

I had a wonderful stay here, and what truly touched me was the surprise birthday decoration on my room window. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected! After a day of exploring the city, coming back to that cheerful display really made my evening. Thank you to the team for the kind attention to detail — it made my birthday away from home feel extra special.
