A family of three checked into the Halloween Valley Art Museum B&B, hoping to enjoy a relaxing art trip, but ended up encountering a series of bad things, and the experience was extremely bad. After checking in, I received the room card. After walking around, I came back and found that no matter how I swiped the room card, it said it was invalid. I went to the front desk to report it to the staff, but the staff didn't even say to check it and insisted to go back and try again. I followed him back to the yard, and he swiped it twice and said he would check it. He used the password to open the room and let us in. After waiting for a while, he said it was demagnetized and gave me the password. But at night, when I planned to go out to the yard to see if there were any stars, the door completely broke down and could not be opened no matter what I did. I contacted the staff in desperation, but no one replied to my WeChat message or answered the phone. I changed another phone number and they said they would arrange for a technician. After some effort, the door opened, but it couldn't be closed again. The technician said the lock was broken and they had to remove a lock from another door and replace it. It was 10:30 in the evening and the children had already fallen asleep, but the maintenance technician left the door open to remove and change the locks. He worked for half an hour, and cold wind blew in. The temperature in the room dropped sharply, and even with the air conditioner on, there was no warmth at all. The whole family was exhausted both physically and mentally. As for the so-called art museum, it is recommended that people who do not have a high level of art appreciation do not have too high expectations. The breakfast is even harder to describe. It's either milk, toast, boiled eggs and pickles, or a bowl of rice noodles. You can choose one of the two. If you say no, they really do have it. If you say yes, it feels worse than the simple meal given during the physical examination. As for the advantage, it is quite close to Shilinxia. You can just go around and cross the road. The above is our experience of staying here this time. I personally will not come again and do not recommend it. It is for reference only!

Firstly, the entrance is not easy to find. It is inside the Shilinxia parking lot. We found it only after asking the parking lot staff. There is no eye-catching sign. After entering, we didn't know where the car was parked and there were no instructions, so we parked the car outside the hotel and walked in with our luggage. Thirdly, there was no front desk reception. After the staff heard that we were going to check in, a chef came in. The chef called a so-called check-in staff to take us to the room, and there was a hornet's nest on the roof! ! ! Also, the bed is round, concave in the middle and convex on both sides. I had back pain the next day after waking up from it. Things like that, I probably won't choose to stay here next time, and I won't recommend it to my family or friends! PS: It is very close to Shilinxia Scenic Area and can be reached by crossing the road.
