Rooms are clean, beds can fit 2A 2C (below 6) and are comfortable except the pillows are a bit thin. We managed to request for more pillows. We feedback that the aircond was a bit warm on the first night, response was swift. They came up immediately to check the vents and offered an extra fan. They accidentally threw my kids plastic cups away and offered compensation which we rejected. They gave some fruits and yogurt instead.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve been to with attention to detail and service. Location is extremely convenient and easily accessible. Staff were very helpful and proactive. Very spacious rooms also. Highly recommend

Excellent service! Just be careful to not drink the tap water~ (You will see the sign by the sink, they will provide you with bottled water.)

Located in the heart of Beijing this wonderful french style hotel is a wonderful opportunity to spend a weekend or holidays in Beijing. Walking distance from Wangfujin. The historical part of Beijing is also very close. The hotel itself is very beautiful and cozy! The spa and swimming pool are clean and inviting to relax. The inner decoration of the hotel invites you to take lots and lots of pictures!
