Very friendly and helpful staff and absolutely good service. We however noted the shower pressure was not good enough and the room was with smoke smell. The staff tried their best I believe but the small still stayed after the cleaning.

I recently stayed at the Xiyuan Hotel in Beijing and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions like the Beijing Zoo and the Summer Palace, making it an excellent base for sightseeing.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The view from my room was lovely, offering a nice glimpse of the city skyline.
The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's dining options were varied and delicious, with both local and international cuisine available. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight, with a wide array of choices to suit all tastes.
The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for staying connected.
Overall, I highly recommend the Xiyuan Hotel for anyone visiting Beijing. It offers excellent value for money and ensures a pleasant and comfortable stay.
