2025 年 8 月 31 日晚上 10 點，我本人入住此酒店，選擇連鎖品牌是為安全和衞生考慮。沒想到接下來的經歷讓我徹底崩潰 —— 不僅被房間設施弄傷出血，更遭遇了酒店全程冷漠、敷衍的服務，連最基本的安全保障和應急處理都做不到。入住後剛整理完行李，大概 11 點多，我在推開衞生間門時被門上凸起的金屬裝飾劃傷了手，瞬間就滲出血來。當時傷口火辣辣地疼，我第一時間撥打前台電話，説明情況後請求儘快送碘伏和創可貼過來應急處理。前台電話裏答應得很爽快，説 “馬上安排”，可我在房間裏等了足足 10 分鐘，連個人影都沒見到。無奈之下我衹能再次打電話催問，結果前台輕飄飄一句 “現在機器人在送其他房間的外賣，得等送完才能給你送過去”，瞬間讓我火冒三丈 —— 客人受傷出血是緊急情況，難道還比不上送外賣？我強壓着怒火，在電話裏嚴厲強調 “我現在受傷了，需要有人立刻上來處理，不是等機器人！”，前台這才不情願地説 “那我讓工作人員過去”。又等了好幾分鐘，終於有個看起來像實習生的小男孩敲門，手裡衹攥着 3 個碘伏棒和 3 個創可貼，放下東西就説 “您先用着”，連傷口情況都沒看一眼，更沒提任何道歉或後續處理方案，轉身就走了。我看着手裡少得可憐的應急用品，又看着腿上還在滲血的傷口，又氣又急，再次聯繫前台要求 “必須讓管理人員來房間處理”，可電話那頭衹是含糊應付 “會跟領導説”，之後就沒了下文。整整一晚，我沒等到任何管理人員露面，衹能自己用那幾樣簡陋的用品處理傷口。第二天早晨我退房時，酒店也沒人主動提及此事，直到我離開酒店後，才收到酒店發來的一條消息，説 “為表示歉意，退您 50 元”——50 元就想打發掉客人受傷、被漠視的糟心經歷？這不僅是對客人安全的不重視，更是對服務責任的徹底推卸！溝通期間，不斷推諉，這個不是店長，那個不是老闆！一家連 “客人受傷後及時提供應急處理” 都做不到的酒店，談何安全？談何服務？設施存在安全隱患不排查，工作人員缺乏應急處理意識，管理人員漠視客人訴求，最後用 50 元潦草收尾，這樣的酒店，我絕不會再來第二次，也勸所有計劃入住的朋友慎重選擇 —— 別拿自己的安全和心情冒險！

出差在河北雄安新區一個月，離北京挺近抽空週末過來閑遊一下住的酒店，設施：對於北京寸土寸金的地方來説咱們喆啡酒店設施絕對在同品牌中算上等。衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，衞生間無異味。大廳大堂乾淨衞生看起來像家的感覺！真棒！（^-^）👍 服務：服務絕對沒得説，因為是出差在雄安來北京玩兩天，本來預訂的是下午 2 點退房，但是在外玩超時了，和酒店前台小姐姐商量了一下，瞬間就免費給我提供延遲 2 小時退房服務，這一點真的非常棒👍把原本 2 點退房變成 4 點，有點小開心٩（๑^o^๑）۶
