Helpful friendly staff. Firstly i was assigned to a room with filthy toilet smell. Full of mold. I requested a change and get a decent room.
There are a 24\7 convenient store and pharmacy next door. Exactly what i need.
If you can walk 1.9 km slowly to the neatest subway Qing Nian Lu (青年路站) underneath the great mall called chaoyang da yue cheng. You can find plenty of nice food and shipping.
I would stay closer to the subway / mall for the sick of walking. I took DIDI most of the time to the stations including Chaoyang where it situated 2.9km away. The whole purpose to catch high speed rail train to major cities.

The front desk gentlemen were so friendly. Check in was smooth , the rooms were clean . Only that laundry service is not available there so it shouldn’t be a place to stay for many days . Otherwise it’s a great place for its location

The price is very bad. The price I booked half a month in advance on May 13th was 288 yuan for a double room. The actual price on the day I checked in was 197-260 yuan. The price swings are outrageous.

Temporary overnight stay was very cost-effective. It was too late and it was a bit far to walk from the subway station, but it was acceptable. The small shops along the road were not closed, so it was very convenient to eat. It's very close to Beijing Chaoyang Station. You can get there quickly by taking a taxi the next morning. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
