Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues.
Firstly, the receptionist's unfriendly demeanor during check-in made us feel unwelcome, particularly as foreign guests.
Our room had several shortcomings:
- Insufficient towels and amenities for three adults (only two towels, cups, etc.)
- Unpleasant odor from the toilet, which could be mitigated by installing an exhaust fan
- Flat cushions on the bed
- Poor housekeeping service: the room was not thoroughly cleaned, and the extra towel we requested was taken away
Moreover, we were placed in a room next to the busy airline despite requesting a quiet room. While we understand the hotel's proximity to the airport, we believe alternative rooms could have been offered.
Lastly, the breakfast spread was underwhelming, with:
- Limited options and no variation over two days
- No European-style breakfast options as advertised
I hope you will take our feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to enhance the guest experience.
