The children were tired from swimming, and the restaurant was about to close, so the housekeeper took us to eat. This bowl of noodles was so delicious. The hotel's service was considerate, thoughtful, meticulous and enthusiastic. The facilities in the house and the children's playground were very good, very clean, tidy and comfortable, perfect for taking the kids out for a walk.

The housekeeper service is very good, all problems are solved immediately! When I left, I forgot something and helped to deliver it. I mainly visited the water park, hot springs, and VR game space. The breakfast was quite rich, but unfortunately I got up too late every time and couldn't eat for long. I also participated in the May Day activities and made handicrafts.

A hotel I visit frequently. This time it was my child's birthday and he received many gifts. The buffet was delicious and the service was first-rate. Especially the housekeeper Wang Feifei was meticulous and patient. I will come again next time.

I stayed at Chaolin Songyuan Hotel with my children for the first time. The service was very good in all aspects. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and polite. The children's playground was rich in content, and the water world was the favorite of children. It was reported every day. The water temperature of the hotel swimming pool was 30.5 degrees Celsius, which won the hearts of old mothers. I enjoyed it beautifully. The breakfast buffet was rich, and the room also came with four single-order foods outside the buffet. The steak, egg rolls, and beef patties tasted good. The most important thing was that there were really not many people. You don't have to squeeze into major scenic spots during this May Day, just relax and enjoy lying down here.

There are many activities, especially the service is good. The housekeeper Wang Feifei is responsive and gave the children many small gifts.

I hesitated for a long time whether to stay in Yizhuang or Chaoyang. Finally, because I wanted to experience Chaolin Songyuan, I chose to stay in Yizhuang and booked two nights in Chaolin Songyuan. Before checking in, I received a notice from the hotel asking us what time we would arrive and what our requirements were. It was already evening when we arrived, and we checked in quickly. When we got to the room, the welcome fruit had been placed and decorated with great care. There were nuts and dried fruits on the table, like fruit snacks for visiting relatives and friends, and a message card was attached. The Mini Bar not only provides high-quality drinks, but also homemade yogurt from the hotel, with flavored honey and jam. Drinking water is unlimited, and it is an old brand of noble mineral water. The slippers are really comfortable. They are the most comfortable slippers provided by all the hotels I have stayed in, and they beat those slippers in luxury hotels. In addition, the water temperature of the hotel swimming pool is just right, suitable for swimming in spring, how comfortable it is. Of course, the most comfortable thing is the professional, enthusiastic, caring and thoughtful service of the hotel staff. Whether it is Zhang, the housekeeper on the night of check-in, Mr. Wang Junshuai, the golden key when I extended my stay, or every staff member I met in the restaurant, at the door, and on the road, I deeply understand what it means to feel at home. After helping me to extend my stay, Mr. Wang would smile and call out my last name every time he saw me. He is worthy of being the golden key. It is precisely because the hotel makes people feel like spring breeze that we did not hesitate to extend our stay for another night before leaving the hotel reluctantly. This is the longest review I have written in decades on Ctrip, because I think Chaolin Songyuan is worth it.
