It was my first time staying at Bulgari Beijing. I received a call from the hotel before check-in, asking about my needs. When I arrived at the front desk, I found that I had booked the wrong room type. The receptionist immediately arranged a change and said she would help me upgrade. The breakfast was also very good.

It was one of the best hospitality experiences I have ever had. We were right in choosing this hotel to celebrate our birthday.
