Location wasn’t the best, but with Didi it’s quite easy to find the hotel anyway. The exterior is quite basic and old but the rooms are quite modern

Clean room and spacious room. The shower was fantastic (great pressure and cold/hot water)
The staff were very friendly and found ways to communicate with us despite not speaking english (seems like the norm in China).
A bunch of food stores, pharmacy and restaurants can be easily reached walking distance from the hotel.
However, after spending a few days in Beijing I felt like the location was not fantastic, it was a bit removed from the city centre (traffic is mental), I guess that’s why the price isn’t too high compared to other hotels closer to the centre.
I’d recommend staying here if you don’t mind being a bit far from the centre.
