I stayed here 4 times in a year and 2 times were similar.
The waiters and managers are like uncles, very cool

品質位於房山前列的酒店了，位置離兩個天街都不遠，附近餐飲選擇不少，距離周口店20公里，十渡60公里，適合到房山遊玩時作為中轉。房間設施還是很不錯，服務也比較有誠意。因為突發事項無法入住，過了退房時間店家也很痛快給退了。第二天又重新訂了房間過來。看之前評論早餐一般，可能預期不高，實際感受還可以，雖然不能和國際連鎖酒店早餐相比，主食、青菜、水果、雜糧也還比較豐富，甜點弱一些，現場製作的種類較少，建議可以調整一下取餐區域的佈置，增加點掛麪、餛飩等品種。餐廳正餐的套餐性價比很高，比對面的家宴好吃，非常推薦。

先説優點：酒店入住退房均較為迅速，房間大小空間設定合理，窗外視野不錯，很安靜。夜燈的亮度和設計在大部分酒店中算不錯的。
再説問題：房間太冷，中央空調衹到19-20度，最後加了電暖氣才好起來。隔斷浴室，卧室的推拉門門都偏沉，噪音明顯，尤其是隔斷浴室的門一開始是關不上的，修理後才好。浴缸的水太小，而且很有意思的是浴缸邊上沒有沐浴露這些，都固定在了淋浴間。套房裡沒有工作台，對於我們這樣孩子睡了以後還要工作的人來説不太方便。當然酒店服務人員都在努力幫忙解決問題，很感謝。

酒店是個老酒店了，就是相準了五星級還有兩年前去房山玩住過一晚，當時覺得還不錯，但是這次的感覺太差了，首先前台有個男員工態度惡劣蠻橫，其次衞生真的堪憂！！床單不小心灑上水了，結果從床單底下透出了一堆毛髮，難怪睡一宿覺得全身癢！酒店早餐感覺也沒有兩年前豐盛了，什麼都沒有！服務一星純粹是給前台女員工的！！
