Seriously bad review. When I booked the room, I selected the free late check-out until 14:00 on Ctrip. At 12:00 noon, before I got up, the cleaner knocked on the door loudly, waking me up. After I explained the situation to him, he told me that they didn't follow the Ctrip schedule. Can you stop hanging on Ctrip if you are so stupid? This is not over yet. Before 14:00, just around 13:40, he knocked on the door again to ask if I was done. His attitude was arrogant and rude, which seriously affected the accommodation experience. Don't book this hotel. Seriously bad review. Friends, take this as a warning.
