Friendly staffs and the room is comfortable size for us. A short walk will get you to the nearest train station and few eateries like macdonald.

Super helpful staff, we have lots of parcels sent to the hotel. Because we didn't have a china number we have some issues, the front desk staff is really helpful in resolving our issues. Even our pick up from the hotel to the airport was resolved with their help. Super convenient location highly recommended to travellers that want to be in the prime location.

It's my first time staying here with my friend! The experience was amazing and wonderful. When we first reached the hotel, the room was cold and we were not used to it. We needed their help to adjust the room temperature controller and make the room warmer but the hotel staff went an extra mile to change our room to a warmer one, to ensure that we are comfortable.
The room assigned to us is clean and comfortable. The facilities provided are well equipped, which makes our stay enjoyable.
During our stay, we ordered quite a bit of items from Taobao and the hotel staff are open to pick it up and keep it for us which provides us a seamless experience. For items, we have issues with it. The hotel staff are willing to assist and help coordinate with the courier company.
Throughout the stay, every staff we met is amazing and their willingness to assist is extraordinary. We enjoyed our interaction with everyone.
Overall, we strongly recommend staying at this hotel!

Wonderful place and excellent location (walkable from 2 different lines). Water pressure was good and the bedroom was clean. There is also a washing machine. Only minor con is a slightly damp smell from the toilet.

Best choice for a short stay in Beijing! Clean and modern hotel with great wi-fi. We managed to communicate with translation apps in English. I even got free breakfast on my first day as I arrived very early. Breakfast had a huge choice and was delicious. Staff was super friendly! Thank you for this great stay!

Hotel is at the back alley, near Wangfujing street. Very convenient to walk to the main area, yet remains quiet. Good for family! I especially love the dual level of the room as it allows for privacy. But if you have a toddler, you might have to prevent him/her from climbing up and down the stairs! Love that there's 2 TVs and 2 toilets. Basically two rooms in 1. Only complaint I have is that there is nowhere to hang your clothes within the shower area. You have to leave the shower area to wear your clothes, not really convenient if you are staying with friends?
