酒店體驗非常棒！服務方面，前台的工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住和退房手續都很快捷，入住期間有任何問題，衹要一個電話，工作人員都能迅速響應並妥善解決，讓人感覺很安心。設施也很完善，房間內的設備一應俱全，床鋪舒適，洗漱用品質量很高，還配備了高速的網絡，滿足了我所有的需求。環境優美，酒店的公共區域佈置得很有格調，綠化也很好，給人一種舒適愜意的感覺。衞生方面更是無可挑剔，房間打掃得很乾凈，連邊邊角角都沒有灰塵，衞生間也是一塵不染，住在這裏感覺很舒適，下次還會選擇這家酒店！

十三陵遊覽完入住。旅店級別，房間在三樓無電梯，免費停車。面對店面右行有多家餐飲，騎行10分鐘左右到昌平東關站去往市區。

本來訂了一個很普通的房問，沒有窗户，結果去了之後，前台小姐姐免費給升級了，態度特別好，出去取外賣，還温馨提示，小心地滑，總而言之，酒店環境號好，前台 很禮貌熱情素質高！
