Everything was clean. The neighborhood is very quiet for Beijing standards. The air conditioning filters probably need to be cleaned or changed, as there was some cigarette smell when using the A/C. The soundproofing is average. The free parking is very convenient. The staff was attentive. The included breakfast was good enough.
