The double bed room we booked had a noisy ventilation duct outside the window similar to that of a hotel. There was no other room available and we were moved to a parent-child room. The space was small, there was a sewer smell, the sheets were stained, and the sound insulation was poor. I could hear the people talking next door, so I couldn't rest well. There is no landline in the room, and the front desk did not inform about Wi-Fi. Takeaways cannot be taken upstairs and there is no robot to pick up the food. Not a good experience.

The room was reasonably priced, clean, and the bedding was new. The only problem was the wireless network. It was a very modern era, and the network was not working properly.

It took 5 days for the floor mats, sheets and quilts to be replaced, but I still contacted the front desk manager! Accommodation bills cannot be opened. All in all, a very poor experience. Unless there are special circumstances, I would not choose this hotel again.

It is a newly renovated hotel with a good overall environment.
There are some restaurants around, so it is quite convenient to eat and shop, but the transportation is a little inconvenient. It is far from the subway.
