The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room was not clean enough :
- hair on the floor and in the shower
- towels were smelling very bad (hot pot smell)

在以地鐵附近為目標，一個大床一個小床的前提下，找到了這家酒店。經過比較反覆篩選，酒店頁面首頁的提供的酒店照片吸引了我，最終還是選擇了這家。
實際到達酒店時，還是被震驚了一下，可能期望值太高了。
辦理入住時才知道，酒店所有房間在一個大平層，而我們所訂的家庭房是一個大平層的最裡麪，從電梯到房間要走一會兒。
酒店有提供早餐，餐廳不大，用餐人很少，所以提供的餐食品種有限，切片麪包就放了幾片，要了後，餐廳阿姨再拿出來幾片，服務員還是很客氣，“不夠還可以要”。
這間家庭房，空間夠大，可能也是酒店佈局的關係，到了最裡麪，房間設計就可以夠大，但是唯一糟糕的是，淋浴房的設計，攔水做的太低，淋浴狗，出來，外面已經水漫金山了，不得不用浴巾擋水。

來了多次，這一次徹底失望。入住之後一直沒用馬桶，結果晚上睡覺前，掀開馬桶蓋，看到明晃晃的大便粘在馬桶壁上！十分噁心！當時就聯繫了客房服務，先是保潔員來看來拍照，然後是前台經理來看來拍照，經理估計是已經睡了，睡衣外邊套着外套就來了，也承諾第二天給一個滿意的處理結果。
但是，到了第二天退房的時候，經理大言不慚的説讓我退掉訂單，再到前台付房費，給我優惠100！呵呵，真是大手筆，對老顧客可真好。我説我要投訴，經理就跟我説可以免房費了。呵呵，這會兒你權限又上去了是吧。拿顧客當冤大頭軟柿子呢？還跟我解釋，説自己權限有限blabla。那行吧，你公事公辦不拿顧客當人，那我也公事公辦，正常履行我作為消費者的權益，告訴平台，也告訴其他消費者，再也別來了，衞生沒有保障！服務也沒有態度！
下次訂房的時候，想想你坐的馬桶上，還粘着上一任客人的奧利給！🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
