Beijing Fengtai District Hotels

We had a great and fantastic time at the hotel. The room is very spacious and big. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Their is a metro station located 5 minutes away from the hotel which makes travel super convenient. Additionally the staff is amazing and will help you no matter what! Xiaotan helped us extremely well with any questions that we had during our stay. Fangjia helped us with a-lot of questions regarding our stay in Beijing. Both of them did an fantastic and amazing job. Their was a wide variety of breakfast which was also very nice. Overall this is one of the beter hotels of Beijing!!! Highly recommend and thanks again for the amazing service!

We stayed here as need to catch a train to XIAN. We did not walk to BEIJING WEST Railway but took metro instead. Metro station is within walking distance and there is lots of food outside of the metro. We take our dinner and buy our breakfast there daily. There is even sundry shop for fruits. The front counter staff give excellent service.

I liked everything. It's a 15-20 minute walk from the metro. It's convenient that there's a shopping center with a food court and a large grocery store across the street. The reception staff helped me buy tickets to the Forbidden City online. The only downside is the smell of sewage in the toilet. Otherwise, everything's fine. We left our bags at the reception after checking out until the evening. Thank you for your assistance.

During the check in, the staff didn’t find my booking and had to check up in back office. Also my friend booked the same hotel just 3 days ago, paying the same price as me which my booking was confirmed at least 2 weeks ago. However his booking included breakfast and I didn’t.

Excellent location, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the entrance of the railway station. Room amenities were basic but functional. Staff were also friendly and helpful in giving directions 👍 Only slight downside would be that the noise insulation isn’t the best, some noise from the corridor or other rooms could be heard, but wasn’t a huge issue for me as it was fairly quiet most of the time. Would recommend for a short, value-for-money stay!

Our family room was spacious and both beds were set up comfortably. This hotel offers supper and it’s convenient to have a night meal without going out. Also lots of special touches andr delighted to find we were given fruit plate and a cute hand drawn card welcoming us to stay with them. Although abit out of the way from the main CBD, it’s surrounded by restaurants, stores and it’s convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was an experience I don’t regret one bit. Although it’s located a bit away from the city center, that distance came with great benefits—spacious rooms, a quiet atmosphere, and a peaceful environment. The room was modern, clean, and cozy, and I truly felt at home during my stay. As a foreigner, I was initially a little nervous about communication or staying at a non-chain hotel, but every single staff member I encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. From the gentleman who kindly helped me with my luggage during check-in, to the front desk staff who answered all my WeChat questions—such as whether I could enter the hotel phone number in food delivery apps or where to find a nearby convenience store—everyone responded quickly and warmly. I even forgot to bring a power adapter, but the staff lent me an iPhone charger without hesitation. When I needed housekeeping, they kindly communicated my request to the cleaning staff on my behalf since I don’t speak Chinese. Thanks to them, I always returned to a freshly made bed and a sparkling bathroom. Nothing was ever out of place or missing—cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. There’s a riverside walking path just in front of the hotel, which was perfect for peaceful night strolls. On the first floor, there’s a cozy café that looked like a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Sadly, my schedule was tight, so I didn’t get the chance to try it—but it’s definitely something I’d look forward to next time. The air purifier in the room was always on, so I never noticed any cigarette smell inside. There was a faint scent sometimes in the hallway or bathroom, but it was minimal and not bothersome. Overall, I was so happy to share my Beijing trip with such a safe, clean, and warm place. I’m already feeling nostalgic! To the lovely staff—I truly wish you all continued health and happiness. This hotel is the best 4 star we’ve stayed at in China for the last couple years. The room is very updated with AI voice controls. Shower is very comfortable. There’s free laundry service. The only complaint is the first room they gave us has a strong cigarette smell but was fine after they changed us to another one. Cleaning of the tea cubbies can be a bit better. But otherwise, very good stay. Will recommend.

Nice room, good breakfast. You will need to ask reception guy for EU socket adapter though. I don’t know why Hilton garden inn use China only sockets for hotels, but they do and you need to ask for adapters and they can always answer that they are out of them. Yes, there are some usb-a and usb-c ports, but if you need to charge your laptop or another device or you just use your own all-in-one charger (like me) than you need to bring adapter with you to be sure. They have universal sockets in China too, but not in this hotel. Metro station is not close enough for walking so I used taxi.

Well when we first reached the hotel, the staff didn’t understand how to check in a foreigner who had applied for a visa in China and they were given a visa application slip )it’s given by the Chinese government so we can use it for anything within China since the passport has been given for getting visa). We had to go to the police station and have them understand that it’s that slip can also be used as identification. Also it was a little dirty. Other than that the staff were cooperative about some things and they were nice if they understood what we need so I’ll give them score for that. All and all it was one of the cheaper options and also its location was near floral village and I really like the vibe of that place.
