Beijing Huairou District Hotels

I only planned to stay for one day, but I had something to do the next day and needed to stay for another day. I decisively chose to stay here and upgraded the room. The service was still very good. The room facilities were complete and convenient. Various smart devices made the stay experience very good. I keep forgetting to take photos, so I chose this place!

The hotel is on the mountain. Fortunately, there was a big snowstorm. The scenery is beautiful. The room facilities are a bit old. The area does not seem as big as in the pictures. The service is good and the food is delicious.

The front desk staff helped us out from before we even got there until the moment we left. We did all our booking and traveling ourselves and the location on DiDi is in Chinese. We added the hotel on WeChat and they helped us find multiple ways to get there. They check on our well being and traveling status the entire trip until we arrived. When we arrived with DiDi they welcomed us with delicious food from the restaurant. They helped us with getting to the Great Wall and even helped us book our DiDi to the airport. When we left they gave us a small gift. The service I amazing for foreigners traveling to China without a tour group. The location is stunning and the room was so clean and comfy. Thank you for making our stay memorable ❤️. They also have an adorable cat who is very friendly.

The receptionist Wu Yunpeng is warm and considerate. He is serious and responsible for his work, he can solve the problems of the guests quickly and effectively, and his patience and carefulness make us feel very at ease and comfortable. Let us feel his professionalism and good professional ethics. In addition, the foreman and waiter on the floor of this hotel pay great attention to details. They not only dress neatly, behave well, but also provide us with value-for-money services, which makes us feel honored. At this hotel, we experienced excellent service, the professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness of the waiter made me feel more cordial. I sincerely thank and highly value their service.

No doubt, love the hotel and room. Been upgraded to Family room, superb. Nice people especially staff Zhoe. Not just he helped me to book taxi to go to Nanshan Skii Resort after check out but also offered me his personal Black Tea. As the hotel only provide Jasmine Tea and I din drink that, was asking if hotel provide black/red tea instead. He din have to offer his but he did anyway. What a great hospitality, thanks! No doubt my preferred hotel if I were to go to Great Wall Again! Thank you!

The service is very enthusiastic, the parent-child room is very cozy, the location is also very good. It feels very safe in the community, and there are a variety of shopping malls and supermarkets around. I stay here every year when I go skiing. This year, I was upgraded to a suite. I am so happy!

The location is great, very close to the Great Wall, within walking distance. The building is a bit old and could be a little cleaner, but as expected. The staff are friendly and helpful but do not speak English. There are few amenities and no stores close by.

我住的是標間，有窗，房間乾淨整潔，設施還算比較完善，服務態度都挺好的，安保也到位。酒店靠近懷柔水庫，適合環湖小跑（早上沿水庫環湖路鍛鍊的人很多）。酒店右手邊有個院子，小橋，亭子，鞦韆椅，貓……整體來説，住得很舒心，給個好評！👏有點不足的是早餐不是很豐富，豆腐腦偏硬，有菜粥和酸奶就更好了。這次沒想起來拍幾張酒店的照片，下次有機會再補上，這次發兩張水庫落日的圖片吧

Thinking of taking my kids to play, my friend recommended this B&B to me. It was really good after I came here. The environment was clean and hygienic. The kids had a lot of fun. There were free drinks and snacks in the room. There were also swings and skateboards outdoors. With a nutritious and healthy breakfast, the dinner I ordered was large in size and tasted good. I will definitely come again in the future.
