Lovely hotel with top notch quality amenities. Breakfast was fine but it lacked in variety. Food was overall okay.. room was pleasant and the pool and hot springs are prefect for families!

I just needed to work, so I booked a hotel nearby. I saw that the online ratings were good, so I chose this hotel. I was not disappointed. The front desk service was very good, and I was given an upgraded room. The room was nice and spacious, and it was very comfortable. When I booked the room, I saw that it said that hot spring water would be brought into the room. The bath water in the room was hot spring water, which was quite comfortable. The hotel also has a small robot, which can deliver takeout or something to the door of the room, which is quite convenient. It is quite good [strong][strong][strong]

This time I went to Beijing to visit relatives, and I stayed in a hotel at the entrance of my relatives' community. It was so nice. The front desk guys and girls were very enthusiastic, including the cleaning ladies. They were all very good. I was really satisfied with this stay. If there is another chance, I will stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located to the area that we wanted to stay. It was reasonably priced and very clean. We forgot items in the room but they saved them for us and mailed them to us quickly.

The transportation is convenient, you can see it when you exit the subway station. The hotel is clean and the environment is good. The dry and wet separation is very good. The staff is also very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. The sound insulation effect is good. The trip was too rushed and I didn't have time to take more pictures.

Due to my wife's health condition, the doctor advised that she could only drink some clear porridge soup after the operation. At first. I asked the hotel for help with ordering takeout. When the front desk staff heard about it, they were worried about the hygiene of the takeout and said that the hotel could help cook the porridge. They would delivery it to us everyday during our stay. It was really touching. When we checked out, Manager Wen Ni carefully prepared several boxes of fresh fruits for us and reminded us to keep warm. This hotel is really good and we will continue to choose this hotel

先説結論:完全可以! 房間大小一個人用空間和裝設是管夠的，不會出現走路覺得窄的問題（本人不瘦），而且還有座機電話能直接打前台等等。前台工作人員小姐姐早晚輪崗吧？我覺得都很負責也很熱心，工作很到位。也有多位服務員每天來收拾下房間。至於隔音問題，我住過的酒店都是房間隔一堵牆，一塊天花板，就看其他客人素質了，我這次來的三天都滿房，覺得北京這兒的人素質都好高，沒有遇到晚上來回走動開門大聲説話現象。（對比之前有家評分還是4.9的酒店，那裡麪還長期租住有人，簡直把酒店當家了，天天晚上破事巨多）然後有窗有拉簾，采陽效果很好（我對面能看到遠山，還有很遼闊的視野） 還有個共性問題嗎？為什麼我前後住的兩家酒店空調睡眠模式會轟隆響？ 其他注意事項就是酒店通用事項 不要用熱水器，用前台的飲水機!

The hotel was very special. We booked it because of the scenery it had resembling an ancient Chinese palace. We had a chance to take some wonderful pictures. The location isn't exactly the most convenient. It's located in an developing area, so there's currently a lot of construction going on. The metro station is a block and a half away, which is a little bit of a walk. But bus stations are close by, so we ended up taking buses more often. There is also a big and new shopping center behind the metro station, where you can find many restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had the basic things, but didn't change from day to day, so by days 4-5, we got a bit bored of the food. The room in general was clean. I especially liked the extra tissue boxes placed around the room. I was a little disappointed by the condition of the shower, where there were visibly stains on the edges suggesting it hadn't been deeply cleaned in a long time. I would recommend staying 1-2 nights, especially if you will be visiting the Great Wall which is closer from this hotel (1-1.5 hour taxi/didi ride).

I booked this hotel by chance. Overall, I had a very good stay. The room was very clean and the facilities were complete. The front desk service was very good. Takeaways can also be delivered to the room. If the robot is busy, there will be staff to help deliver. The room is free. If you don’t have enough mineral water, you can ask the front desk for it. The service from the front desk guy is so enthusiastic that you don’t even have to buy it yourself. Band-aids are also provided on the floor, free laundry, and free parking. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is by the Beijing- Tibet highway, on the way from central Beijing to The Great Wall and Ming Tombs, it is quite convenient by car. It is about 20 mins walking from the nearest subway station 生命科学园站with luggage, so It takes some effects to get to the hotel on foot from the subway station. The service at the hotel is excellent. Every staff is very professional, efficient and ready to help, especially Summer Li. She not only checked me in, but also directed me all the way to my room. Since I don’t have taxi hailing APP, she helped me with calling a taxi every time I need one. Thank you Summer!
