The accommodation service was warm and comfortable. The manager and receptionist were attentive and thoughtful. The rooms were clean and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel was equipped with a smart speaker. The hotel's location was convenient, with parking available at the entrance. There was a large supermarket on the hotel's basement level, and the Anheqiao North subway station was very close, only 200 meters away. The price-performance ratio was excellent. I would definitely stay here if I were visiting the Summer Palace. Highly recommended! Thumbs up!

The guy at the front desk was really nice, and the environment was good too. Reviews mentioned it gets loud at night, but I didn't hear anything. The location is quite convenient, just a five-minute walk to the subway station. There are late-night food stalls at the intersection downstairs.

I stayed here once in early February. How to say, the service at the front desk is still very good. Overall, the hotel is of an average level, and the price is very affordable. The heating facilities are very good, I can't sleep because of the heat hhh If there is only one shortcoming, it is that I haven't come to clean it during my stay. Everything else is pretty good.
