Our stay at Waldorf Astoria was comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We received top quality service at every touch point - right from the main door. I especially enjoyed the spa. The team there, Vivian and Kelly did a great job with the welcome and the introduction to the services. Lily delivered the face guasha really well and I would have gone back if I had more time. I looked so much better the day after
