It's very convenient to eat in the old town and easy to find by car. It's still very good to come to Serbia in early November. Check-in is also timely and the communication is smooth. It is highly recommended.

We arrived with a group of kids that were participating in olumpiada. I understand that rooms were not ready because of high occupancy, but in a friendly hotels as soon rooms ready you they are not waiting for check-in time especially when the whole group travelled 14 hours by bus. Cleaning of rooms ...not comments. Second day in our rooms did not pick trash, some rooms did. Dinner ....... half of guest were eating outside. None of the waitress speaking proper english. on top of all the moved couple of rooms to another hotel where in the rooms was full of bedbugs and of course those people changed hotel at own cost

Great hotel with great staff and rooms, close to the centar and all the main localities. Rooms are big and decor of the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is local and very rich. There is shopping center close, bus station and river.

We chose this hotel because of its location near the bus station. Unfortunately it didn’t come up to our expectations. Some of the decor was very nice but other areas need attention especially the bathroom which needed a good clean. The a/c doesn’t go very low and as it is in the lounge area the sleeping area is very warm. The hotel seems to be used mainly by coach trips. Breakfast is either manic or come down later to find every table dirty and no clean plates or cups. Nothing seems to be replenished. The restaurant staff were very rude. The saving grace at this hotel is the receptionist Ivana who did her best to help us and others.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel was booked out to a large group of students who were completely out of control, playing loud music, in and out of rooms, talking loudly etc until 2-3am. The receptionist was too young and inexperienced to deal with the behaviour. One guest even said they were letting off bangers/fireworks! I threatened to call the police and I wish I had now. The bedroom is dated, bathroom is a health and safety hazard- broken, rusty shower, broken toilet seat and don’t get me started on the breakfast!! We stayed for 2 nights and asked for our first night to be refunded- due to not sleeping etc which the manager refused over the phone, after discussing this on the phone with him, not at one point did he apologise for the poor service. He then said he would ask the managing director about the refund and phoned us upon our arrival in the UK. Did he phone or email? No. Absolutely disgusting service. Please, please do not give this hotel your money. I have added some photos of the bathroom.

Queen's Astoria Hotel located very close to the heart of the Belgrade,. It was clean and rooms were comfortable. We stayed only one night, but it was good choice for stopover. I do not remember if we had breakfast because we had to move early morning but all was good.

To be a four-star hotel requires much more and apart from the sumptuous hall with sofas and historic car in the centre, the rooms and services leave much to be desired. Starting from the wifi with poor signal, small duvet bed for two people, very dusty room and drafts on the windows. Breakfast is mainly intercontinental with little choice, obviously coffee from a dispenser machine. Unhelpful staff almost completely indifferent. I asked for a band-aid for a cut on my finger and they didn't have that either. In short, for the high amount we paid over the New Year period, if I had known, I would have chosen something else. I don't feel like recommending it.

Very cool, retro atmosphere but revised. Nice rooms, friendly receptionist, excellent location, you can go to the center on foot in a pleasant walk. Went more than once, I'll be back. I think I don't know what to write anymore, 200 characters seems like a lot to me
