Overall a very pleasant experience. Great location and very helpful and friendly staff. The only thing is the sound proof of the room door.

It is a boutique hotel, but the internal hardware is a bit old. Because it is an old house, the elevator was renovated later and the startup noise is very loud. And there are often motorcycles passing by when sleeping at night on the first floor, so it is not possible to achieve complete sound insulation.

The suite I booked is spacious and comfortable in both layout and room design! It feels like an apartment hotel with great privacy! The hotel provides welcome fruit for self-service every day, and there are also special desserts and a large bottle of water on the day of check-in! It is very considerate! first rate service! The room is clean and tidy, but the aesthetics and facilities of the entire hotel can only be described as a three-star hotel. But it may be a four-star presence locally. But what I want to say is that I negotiated with 3 front desk staff, and I think the service level is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel. The three front desk staff are all very professional! polite! Professionally trained personnel!
But I also have to say that Ctrip’s customer service service is also very good, helping me communicate and coordinate on certain matters.
