Hotel Bohemian Garni - Skadarlija ★★★

📍 Skadarska 40c, Belgrade

"This was my third visit already. There were four of us, and we all enjoyed it very much. If I come back to Belgrade, I will definitely book this hotel again. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. The hotel's location is optimal."

📍 Mije Kovačevića 7a, Belgrade

"The facilities in the room are relatively simple, such as there is no kettle as Chinese people are used to, but it is clean, hygienic and quiet. The breakfast was very good and the wifi was very stable. There is a gas station next to it, and there is a supermarket inside where you can buy daily necessities. Although the surrounding environment is a bit desolate, it is actually not far from the busiest commercial street in Belgrade, and can be reached by walking for about one kilometer."

📍 Svetozara Markovića 40, Belgrade

"This is one of the most beautiful hotel that I have ever visited! Luxury, cozy and peaceful. They also have very good a la cart restaurant , that was pleasant surprise. They just have very nice decorations for holidays. People are very trying here, felt like VIPs all the time. We will come back for sure!"

📍 Karađorđeva 50, Belgrade

"Based on the decor, this seems like an upscale hotel and it's even featured in Ctrip's selections, but the service was incredibly perfunctory. We arrived late at night and requested a quiet room, only to discover in the morning that our room was directly across from a construction site. We were woken up early by the noise and only got a room change after Ctrip intervened. Whenever we asked for something, the front desk staff would awkwardly say 'sorry, we don't have it.' This hotel has an astonishing number of rooms, yet they couldn't find a single one to switch us to, even though we were staying for three days! The breakfast was very uninspired, and the entire hotel entrance was under renovation, giving the whole place a cheap feel."

📍 Cara Lazara 13, Belgrade

"The location is excellent, and the renovation is fresh. That's where the positives end. From my perspective, the booking cost was significantly overpriced. They seriously let me down with breakfast: it was canceled without any prior notice, even though it was critically important for me due to limited time. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a much cheaper hotel or apartment. There were also noticeable issues with security (lock codes are too simple, allowing unauthorized access) and poor sound insulation. The towels weren't visible but were stored in the cabinet under the sink (a minor detail, but it raises questions about the service). The price does not match the quality and reliability of the services."

"Impeccable experience. I was there by business, they have rooms (I stayed in Executive) with very comfortable chair and working desk, and internet speed was all the time reliable. Breakfast was amazing! Lady from the reception was so nice and professional. I’ll come back for sure."

The Bristol Belgrade ★★★★★
"1. Hotel Location: Average. Walking to major attractions like the cathedral takes 20-30 minutes or more; however, if you have time to explore at your own pace, it's fine. 2. Hotel Overall Design: Good, from the layout and color scheme to the materials used. The only inconvenience is the one-way elevator; the hotel is large and long, and with only one elevator, you have to walk a very long way to reach your room. 3. Hotel Facilities: Acceptable. Two things I think this level of hotel definitely needs to improve: a. There's no bidet on the left side; b. The shower room doesn't even have a door… 4. Hotel Service: Acceptable. Special praise goes to the staff member pictured in the attached photo. Our car battery died, and this staff member stayed with us for about 30 minutes, diligently helping to solve the problem. In the end, I had to flag down a taxi for a jump start, but during the process, this hotel staff member kept checking the battery and studying the condition of the car, successfully locating the battery and successfully jump-starting the car. 5. Hotel Cleanliness: Everything else is fine, except some mirrors weren't completely clean, as shown in the attached photo."

Joy 5 Hotel & Spa ★★★★
"We were really excited about this stay because what we’ve seen on the photographs yet it was a real disappointment. First of all, the distance between the car park and hotel is not just 150m as the hotel’s sign shows, it is almost 650m and it is almost impossible to walk that kind of distance with your luggages, especially if you are with kids. The hotel sends a golf car if you call them which kind of helps this problem but it creates an obligation to that service. Secondly, the room is exactly the same as they presented on the photographs but with just one major difference, the view. The view was just a cement wall as you can see from my photographs. We were expecting a tremendous river view with ducks and trees but we got a wall, that’s it. Last but not least, the room has a really bad smell because of a previous problem on water system I guess. As you can see from the photos again there are moldy areas in the bathroom and the carpet floor was deformed and created a problem while closing our door. The breakfast and staff was ok but the facility is not. I definitely not recommend this hotel."

Black Gallo Residences ★★★★
"I stayed in the apartment for one night, as I had a long layover in Belgrade. I had three suitcases and when I was looking for where to stay, I specifically had the elevator filter on. However, the apartment does not have an elevator which works. I had to drag up my luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. There was someone to help me when I arrived, however I was checking out at 3am and had to do it myself. Please, be aware that if you have luggage, a stroller or disabilities, this place won’t be right for you! The residences should update their profile. The overall apartment was nice and fits the photos, however the elevator was an issue as I specifically looked for hotels or apartments with an elevator and had it in my filters."
