酒店是精緻輕奢的，就是比較小，訂的行政房窗户正對着一棟很破爛的居民樓非常煞風景……酒店的裝飾不知道是管理者審美還是塞爾維亞喜歡使用環保的假花假綠植，這個看着很掉價影響檔次，燈光過於昏暗費眼睛，地段對於專門來旅行的人來説不算友好，導致我後悔從莫斯卡瓦酒店搬到這裏來，要走去大公街和要塞真的是走斷腿，公交車什麼的覺得麻煩也沒查，可能有順路的公交吧，步行的話從這裏要穿過那個圓環廣場需要很費勁地繞行，剛來貝城住第一天還行，多了都不推薦。但酒店工作人員全體很好，nice，幽默，靠譜。早餐加了個7歲小孩需要收餐費，早餐還可以。塞黑兩國住了六家酒店這是唯一一家提供免費飲用水的而且水很高級。裝修設施包括飲用水瓶全玻璃，所以感覺小孩子不友好，成人或商務挺合適的，酒店人少，很靜，適合喜歡安靜的。

酒店有格調，但一些設施莫名其妙，服務人員也相當自作聰明。打掃房間時拿走了客人自備的茶壺。餐廳酒吧服務員高大帥氣，忙著自己聊天，服務比較差

Расположение отеля среднее, очень шумно. Сам отель неплохой. Не могу сравнить с остальными В этом городе . Но до 5 звезд не дотягивает( если сравнивать с другими Европейскими городами)

Отель отличный, чистый, свежий ремонт. Но! Пару моментов немного омрачили пребывание. Отель не предоставляет утюг ссылаясь на безопасность. При этом предлагают услуги глажки за немалые деньги. Ложки для обуви нет. Официанты на завтраке приветливы, но категорически не убирают посуду со стола до момента пока не уйдешь.

訂的行政雙床房，入住時給了經典房，朋友發現後找到酒店前台，告知我們當天該房間已經沒有了，衹能明天調整，最後溝通半天答應送兩個早餐，全程前台工作人員沒有任何歉意。
