We booked the apartment because of the location and good&clean interior on photos. However, we were accompanied by a rude representative on our arrival. He didn’t talk much and we just went carrying our baggage ok the third floor which is okay, but the representative didn’t hesitate to tell us there is elevator inside the building. Moreover, he used it. Next, we entered the apartment which smelled and seemed not clean. My wife started to check the bedsheet politely, but the representative started raising his voice by telling “we can check together if you want, be grateful that we let you check in earlier at 2pm”. We just refused to stay because of the room condition and rude staff.
