What an absolutely incredible place! It feels so special We had such an amazing time staying at this Villa, the accommodation is wonderful with really nice quality touches. Really clean and well look cared for. Marco and Andrea are perfect hosts, they made us feel so welcome, were a lot of fun and were incredibly helpful in all respects. The whole family are lovely and we can’t wait to go back! Just book it, I can’t imagine anyone ever being disappointed

Beautiful accomodation in a stunning location, gorgeous views over the lake. Such lovely, helpful hosts where nothing is too much trouble. Very clean and well furnished, even a small kitchen area. Cleaned every day with fresh towels and extras. Rooftop swimming pool and sun area, again, amazing views over the lake. Close to ferries/town centre, but very peaceful.

I rarely leave a review unless something was exceptional or extremely disappointing. In the case, our stay was exceptional. It’s a family run business that offers completely renovated rooms on beautiful grounds. The hospitality and view is what separates this establishment from many others. Marco went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Getting restaurant reservations that were nearly impossible, helping with boat schedules, and even driving us into the city center. i work in the hotel industry, therefore have pretty high standards. So if you’re looking for an exceptional stay in a beautiful city please consider them. Thank you. Gerard

Your own peace just above Bellagio, 5 star service with excellent wines. Breakfast to your own balcony, super! Both of the brothers were just great, Andrea a super professional guy. I have been in many 5 star hotels, but this experience was just above all of those. Every friday lasange, amazing, with apetizers. These guys wine cellar is 👌

The attention to detail, the exquisite exceptional wine from their vineyard. It has been the most magical trip for my husband and I! Thank you Marco and Andrea for making us truly feel like family. They brought us fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurt and cappuccino and espresso. Delicious! After a long day, they brought us an antipasto tray along with local I Wines! Superb customer service! We can’t say enough great things!

Villa La Rosa has the most spectacular views! Pool and rooftop terrace absolutely wonderful. Marco and Andrea were both incredibly helpful and I thoroughly recommend the lovely Antipasto platter which you can order to your room. It was incredibly hot when we visited and the steps to the centre were doable but quite a challenge in the heat of the day. Having said that I would not have traded in that beautiful view on getting to the top. Marco kindly took us to the local shop for a few provisions and also dropped us at the ferry terminal on our last day. Nothing was too much trouble!

My wife and I stayed at Villa Rosa Bellagio for seven nights in May. The B & B is set towards the higher end of the mountain in Bellagio where there is a terrace and infinity pool that provide 360 degree panoramic views of the Lake which are breathtaking. The setting is beautiful, elegant, peaceful and charming. Breakfast is served on your terrace which provides another beautiful setting overlooking the lake. Bellagio itself is a 10-15 minute walk down some steps which was great for us to walk off all the wine and excess calories! The B&B is run by two Italian brothers Marco and Andrea who were most welcoming. We were sad to leave this beautiful place but hope to return in the near future.

We enjoyed the hospitality of Marco and Andrea for two nights. Two very friendly and service oriented brothers. The room is very spacious and very clean. The decor is very practical and could be a bit cozier. There is a nice swimming pool with a beautiful view. The good breakfast with fresh fruit is served very luxuriously on your own terrace. We would love to come back!!
