"My friend and I booked this hotel 2 weeks before our stay. We called hours before arriving, letting them know we were coming a bit after 8 pm, as the ferry times indictated (their check-in policy is 8 pm). The receptionist could not have been ruder; she dismissed everything we said and hung up on us. We were unable to stay here because we arrived SHORTLY after 8 pm. Now our trip to Lake Como is cancelled. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and hurt because this place looked amazing, but the staff isn't accommodating to our needs. The staff needs to figure it out!!!!"

Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more special. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and Tanya truly won our hearts. "Centrally located. Amazing place to stay. Modern apartments with pool right in the center of town. We were there five nights and would stay again if we visit Bellagio again. Everyone who worked there was wonderful. Thanks to Andrea and Syria for all of your information and always having a smile when we returned to the apartment. We wish the weather had allowed us to swim but the pool was lovely and even to just relax in the back was a treat. A MUST STAY if in Bellagio."

"A lovely small hotel that offered a friendly reception and a breakfast with so much on offer. The parking was ideal too. A sensible 15 minute stroll to the centre of Bellagio which was a plus to have a break from the masses. A little dated but this added to its charm. Pescallo is just 5-10 mins if you fancy a swim before breakfast. We did."

"It couldn't be worse! Everything here is truly awful, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone under ANY circumstances. Please don't put yourselves through this! It's not clean, the rooms are tiny and in terrible condition. The beds are so hard, you feel like you're lying on the floor. I've never had such back pain (and I'm in my early twenties). On top of that, it's incredibly noisy at night; the rooms are extremely poorly soundproofed. I didn't get a wink of sleep. There are insects in the bathroom that go in and out through cracks in the wall—it's truly awful. For breakfast, there are dry croissants and capsule coffee that you have to make yourself. You book with breakfast included and then get THIS—it's an absolute disgrace. I've never experienced anything like it. This was truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Other minor issues included the location (the shuttle wasn't running), the long walk into town, the broken hairdryer, and the limited parking. The staff member was quite nice, and the view was okay, but that doesn't make up for this disaster. You really don't feel good there – tired, dirty, and completely ripped off. And that's exactly what it is. You pay a very high price where you'd get absolute luxury elsewhere; here, it's the exact opposite. We even left early."

"Our stay began with an unexpected challenge when we arrived by ferry in Bellagio and called the hotel for their shuttle. We were informed that the roads were closed due to a motorcycle accident, resulting in at least a two-hour delay. The hotel sincerely apologized and suggested we enjoy dinner in town while we waited. During dinner, a lovely woman approached us and introduced herself as being from the hotel. She had come specifically to make sure we were comfortable during the delay. She stayed with us until the shuttle finally arrived, accompanied us to the hotel, and even expedited our check-in. When we reached our room, we were amazed. It was absolutely spectacular, with breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Como. Wanting to express our gratitude, we offered the woman a tip, but she graciously declined. Only later did we discover that she was the owner, Elena Ponzini. Elena’s kindness, humility, and genuine care for her guests turned an unfortunate travel delay into one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Her exceptional hospitality, combined with the stunning accommodations and incredible setting, made this a truly unforgettable stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed in a room with a pull out sofa for the kids and a king bed for us. There is a washing machine in the room (no dryer, fellow Americans), a small kitchen, and a small bathroom. It's all kind of tight, but the people that work there are super nice and the pool area is amazing on hot days. We used the pool a lot since we were there during a heat wave and they had someone working as a bartender the entire day even though we were one of two families at the pool. The location is perfect. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others."
