Decent hotel, more like a resort. Facilities are stricted unless you are on all inclusive deal like use of spa. Also breakfast was decent but no real fruits. Mostly canned and juices were not real juices.

It has exceeded our expectations!! We have spent 8 days with All Inclusive and it has been a fantastic vacation. The hotel lacks nothing. Excellent cleanliness, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The food is also quite good. The only thing that we believe can be improved is the offer of entertainment activities to the Spanish public. They turn a lot to foreigners and Spanish animation remains in the background. If this would improve, it would be amazing.
As for Trip's customer service, give them a 10, since when we arrived at the hotel they told us that our daughter was not included in the reservation (despite the fact that the reservation was well made) and they made us pay almost an additional €700 for the girl and from the moment one Trip has responded very well, solving the problem quickly and with unbeatable attention. In less than a week Trip has paid all the expenses for this inconvenience and they have refunded me 100% of the amount that the hotel made me pay to be able to check in my daughter.

We usually holiday outside of Spain and head to the likes of Turkey, Bulgaria and Egypt, but the deal we found on TUI was too good to not take. We went as a group of friends in May, and found the weather awful. This is outside of the hotels control however, the resort was just as bad. There seemed to be a sewage smell around, which also the sea smelt of so not sure if it is a local issue, but vile. Food and drink bland, watered down and poor quality. I am sure if you have (very) young kids, this resort would appeal to you but anyone else 12+ book elsewhere.

Best place to hangout and watch football, rugby, darts and the food is awesome here very friendly staff and great service. Everyone works very professional 😉 and a great sense of humour, they engaged us so well in a conversation, we feel like families and friends, they always treat us with warm welcome and smile, they know our orders so well, in prior they prepare for us.

Awful experience at Birmingham airport on the way out! Really good hotel with lots to do day & night for the kids (all under 8). It's a bit of a trek to get over to the waterpark for us older ones. We booked 4x one bedroom apartments with kitchen, spacious and clean. Very large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Had to pay for a safe on arrival, reception staff didn't give any of our party the cards to get towels and on returning to ask for them were quite rude . (Take card to Spa to get free towels) All other staff were lovely. Water coolers available for filling bottles. We had a brilliant holiday.

Planning ‘not sure now’ to go to holiday world and have a few questions which I sent to their reservation team. I’m shocked at the response they haven’t bothered to answer any of my questions but sent me a link to book my booking! Such bad customer service from reservations so I would now like to speak or email the manager direct with my questions. Does anyone have the managers email address please Thanks in advance

Not great poor hygiene , ask them to clean room still dirty and not done properly, no entertainment, food average facilities poor , rooms large , however no signage in such a large hotel , poor communication,, as a travel agent will not recommend
