Aparthotel Bcl Levante Beach

Just returned from a week here, Great hotel, wonderful staff on the reception, lovely cleaning staff, Nice little bar next to reception and very cheap prices for drinks, lovely outdoor pool and an indoor pool area in their sister hotel across the road, my teens loved the pool table in the bar. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor, lovely large sunny balcony, excellent kitchen area, well equipped with a combination microwave/ grill/ oven , large hob with extractor fan above , fridge with small freezer, toaster, kettle, we cooked a couple of evening meals and a few breakfasts and it had everything you need, and lovely large saucepans too. Even had a big jug in the cupboard which we used to make our own Sangria for on the balcony one evening. Air con in both bedrooms and the lounge too. Two or 3 minutes walk downhill to the beach, lots of nearby bars and restaurants, but not at all noisy. The main ***** is about 8 minutes walk away, and the old town approx 20 minutes walk depending on your level of fitness. There's a big Lidl supermarket about 7 minutes walk behind the hotel, we picked up most of what we needed for breakfasts and dinners there for when we didnt want to eat out. There's a Burger King a 3 minute walk down the hill along on the seafront. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Benidorm.

Mario the animation staff was hilarious and did a great job. All staff are helpful and friendly. The apartments are spacious and with comfy beds. The sofabed wasn't very good though with no bedding for it and not comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. The highlight of the holiday was Mario from the animation team who put a smile on everyone's faces and did a great job. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Nothing bad to say about these apartments at all , as soon as we arrived , we got checked in, the apartment was clean and the shower was good! Close to the beach but far enough to be quiet at night . All staff were lovely and it was my birthday while there and I received a bottle of fizz and lovely card . The receptionist also helped my friend book a taxi to the airport on departure, nothing is too much trouble here . I would definitely return .

What can i say? These apartments are great,very spacious,modern and in a good location,not too far away from the action,but far enough away for a peaceful night's sleep. Beds are so comfy. Staff are so nice,can't speak highly enough of them. Next to reception is an ample stocked bar and very reasonably priced. All in all,a fab stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Fabulous apartments in a quiet street but close to beach, shops, places to eat and nightlife. Reception staff always friendly and said hello. Maid service came once during 5 night stay, but that was all we needed and there was a card left telling us when she would come. 2 extra sheets were left in room which we used. Signs in lift advising that you could get more and towels at reception. Safety deposit box can be activated for €3. Hairdryer hired for €20. Wifi in room was fine. Air-conditioning was Arctic and a separate unit in each bedroom and living space. All you need to self cater. Very clean. Large balcony. Pool very clean and no probs getting a sunbed at any time. Pool table to use, vending machines and small bar area with Tv and seating. My first time self catering in 18 years and loved it. No pressure to eat at certain times and with mcdonalds burger king and pizza down the road everyone was happy. Good mix of travellers staying such as young families and couples and small groups of adults or parents with young adult children. Only thing missing was a tall mirror but it didn't bother me.

Visited for 3 nights during fiesta week. The hotel was modern inside and looked like it had recently been updated it was a lovely room with lots of plates and cooking facilities. I had a couple of issues the first was that the room wasn’t cleaned while we were there and we had to use the same 2 towels for 4 days. The other problem was the other guests on our landing. We had screaming and shouting, lights being turned on banging of doors at 3.00am. We had to listen to an altercation between the guests in the next room and aggressive behaviour from the group next door and swearing and shouting as not being let in room. Food thrown all over the landing and knocking on door all three nights. I booked on the understanding that there would be no same sex groups. I understand that there were lots of groups but I would have preferred it if the hotel would say that they accept same sex groups. If I knew I would have booked somewhere else which is a shame as it’s in a perfect location. Really sorry but won’t be returning.
